Laboratory Services

We have a fully equipped in-house laboratory and can carry out a range of tests including general health profiles, worm egg counts and milk testing amongst others. Utilising an in-house lab provides the benefits of rapid results allowing for prompt, efficient treatment.

Our services include:

• Faecal worm egg counts and wormer efficiency testing
• Blood tests including analysis of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium levels, colostrum uptake, liver and kidney function
• Calf/lamb scour testing
• Colostrum uptake efficiency tests
• Urine analysis
• Somatic cell counts and milk bacteriology
• Wound, joint and post mortem tissue cultures
• Worm egg counts and wormer efficacy testing
